- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
- AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
As part of the Quality Management System accreditation process, Powertec Telecommunications participated in a thorough 9-month audit of our systems and processes to ensure that they meet these international standards.
General manager, Samantha Clifton says these accreditations strengthen and support our commitment to our customers and our customer-first approach.
“We are actively pursuing as a priority, a “Customer First” stance as part of our corporate direction. These Quality Management Systems were a hugely beneficial process to go through to underpin this direction. It made us redefine our goals, document our processes and understand the gaps in staff skills and organisational controls. To this end, we took on new staff to ensure compliance in process and quality procedures. It also means more efficiency and productivity, plus less wastage.”
