Seamless Communication with VE.Bus Products

The VE.Bus BMS communicates effortlessly with Victron MultiPlus, Quattro, and Phoenix inverters via a standard RJ45 UTP cable. This ensures full integration with VE.Bus systems, allowing precise control over connected devices. For non-VE.Bus products, the BMS manages load and charge operations through dedicated disconnect outputs, offering flexibility for custom setups.

Intelligent Load and Charge Management

This BMS system monitors each cell and takes action when necessary. In case of imminent cell under-voltage, it disconnects loads, while reducing charge currents to prevent overvoltage or over-temperature scenarios. With adjustable thresholds, users can customise the BMS settings to suit their specific battery configuration, providing optimal performance and safety.

Pre-Alarm and Safety Alerts

The VE.Bus BMS is equipped with a pre-alarm output, giving a 30-second warning before load disconnection in case of low cell voltage. This feature provides crucial time for intervention, preventing unexpected shutdowns. The system also features multiple LED indicators that display real-time battery and system status, such as enabled VE.Bus products and imminent over-voltage or over-temperature conditions.

Designed for Durability and Safety

Built to operate in a wide voltage range of 9-70V DC and a temperature range of -20 °C to +50 °C, the VE.Bus BMS is highly adaptable to various environments. The enclosure is rated IP20, made from durable ABS material, and weighs only 0.1 kg. Compliance with international standards, including EN 60950 and UN/ECE-R10 Rev.4, ensures safe operation across automotive, marine, and industrial applications.

Versatile Application Scenarios

This BMS is compatible with Cyrix-Li Combiner products, enabling sophisticated battery management for both charging and load-sharing scenarios. The Cyrix-Li-Charge and Cyrix-Li-ct combiners ensure safe, efficient operation with LFP battery banks, while providing added flexibility for use with alternators, battery chargers, and load management systems.
