Networked MPPT Solar Charge Controller for Larger Solar and Energy Storage Systems

The SmartSolar MPPT VE.Can solar charge controller manages energy harvested from solar panels while supporting networked installations where multiple controllers operate together. VE.Can connectivity allows compatible controllers to be daisy-chained using network cabling and connected to a GX device, reducing the amount of individual communication wiring required in larger systems. The controller uses advanced Maximum Power Point Tracking to continuously optimise the relationship between solar panel voltage and current, including under changing or partially shaded conditions. Integrated Bluetooth provides access to configuration, monitoring and historical performance data through the VictronConnect app, while the retained VE.Direct connection supports additional monitoring and communication options.
