By purchasing the 2nd year or greater appropriate PLUS; pack at the time of purchasing the initial hardware, then the 1st year subscription is upgraded to the PLUS level free of charge. Also, if a customer purchased a PLUS pack when they have been using the normal subscriptions, any balance of the normal subscription will be upgraded to the PLUS level free of charge.
