EssentialCare is non-transferable and non-refundable.
When Peplink hardware is purchased, it includes a 1-year EssentialCare subscription. By purchasing the 2nd year or greater appropriate “PLUS” pack at the time of purchasing the initial hardware, then the 1st year subscription is upgraded to the “PLUS” level free of charge. Also, if a customer purchased a “PLUS” pack when they have been using the normal subscriptions, any balance of the normal subscription will be upgraded to the “PLUS” level free of charge.
This integrated service includes everything needed to monitor, provision, and support your network as it grows. EssentialCare is designed to simplify network maintenance, so you can focus on building your business. Valid service period of 1 or 2 years.

The “PLUS” plans offer the advantage of 24/7 ticket support. This means that customers' technical requests will be reviewed by a Peplink Support person at any time, day or night.
When a product has a “PLUS” plan assigned and Peplink has issued an RMA number, then an advanced shipment of the replacement device will occur from Hong Kong. Naturally, customers who require immediate replacement, always recommend that they purchase a hot swap spare unit.
