Purchase an upgrade, trade-in your G31 and get $250 back

1. Purchase a CEL-FI device from the list below.

2. Your new CEL-FI device will be sent to you. A pre-paid return postage bag will be included in the delivery.

3. Lodge your return via the online form HERE

– Under “Please Select Your Product” please scroll down to “Trade In/ Trade Up”

– Make sure to attach a photo ID of the person who owns the device to the form

       > Alternatively, if you don’t feel comfortable attaching photo ID, we can organise a video call to verify your name and address

4. Write your RA# on the return postage bag.

5. Drop your G31 off at your nearest Post Office.

6. Receive your $250 refund/ credit*
