The Challenge:

Steel-clad building, signal strengths impacted by shipping movements within the port facility that obstruct transmissions from the southern base stations.

They are one of the world’s leading manufacturers of painted and coated steel products, accounting for more than $2 billion in sales of locally produced steel each year. Port Kembla Steelworks has a production capacity of just over 3 million tonnes of steel annually. The Steelworks covers 760 hectares.

The Issue:

The client is seeking coverage within the elevator shaft and a separate coverage system within the pit operational area – this project component is referred to as the “pit”.
