Galvanized steel roof masts are designed to provide a durable, low-deflection mounting platform capable of withstanding extreme weather conditions. These versatile tile roof masts can support various pole-mounted devices, including microwave dishes, weather monitoring equipment, CCTV, solar panels, radio transmitters, data acquisition systems, GPS, Starlink, and surveying equipment.
The GC48 series features a collared design with two sliding collars, allowing stay bars to be attached to the center mast without compromising engineering certification. This design is safe, fast, heavy-duty, and available in various heights.
The GC48T subseries offers additional versatility with three adjustable threaded bar mounts that secure to the underlying roof structure, such as rafters or purlins. Installation involves marking distances, positioning plates, and drilling three holes in the tiles to feed the threaded bar through. An M10 bolt runs through a stirrup to hold the central 48 mm diameter pole in place while still allowing for roof pitch compensation.
