Extremely happy with the CEL-FI Pro that I purchased with an external adapter. No longer will we need to place our mobile phones on the windowsill an hope for a connection.  Since installing the unit myself (because it is super easy to plug and play) and finding the best spot for our aerial we have had great reception and happy teenagers!  The website is easy to navigate and find the information I needed to inform my product choice and while I did not personally speak with a sales consultant, I am extremely happy with the communication initiated by Powertec to keep me informed of my orders progress from sale to delivery.  Super fast delivery a bonus and great experience overall.  Thanks for the great product!

It’s been a while since I have been wowed by a company’s service; however, Powertec did just that. They patiently answered my questions through two phone calls, then, once I ordered, the unit was on my doorstep in less than 24 hours in country NSW!!  Seriously, who does that anymore?  So impressed.  Well done, Powertec!
