As a long-time customer of Cellebrite, The Phone House (TPH), Belgium was eager to upgrade to the Cellebrite Touch after many successful years of using the UME-36Pro. A 3-month pilot program covering Transfer, Backup & Restore (TBR) and Diagnostics, was initiated in three stores in Brussels.
Exclusive distributors for Samsung in Belgium, TPH was keen to explore how they could expand and enhance the customer experience and improve customer satisfaction, one of their main marketing promises. The Phone House is a multi-operator and the acknowledged market leader in the distribution of products and services in this vibrant telecommunications market.

Android is the most used operating system in Belgium (30%), followed by Apple (18%). There are three major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) in Belgium of which Belgacom – which now owns The Phone House – is the largest.
